People have been asking me if I have someone already or if I am dating. I have been single for a year now, and I have no plans to be in a relationship. How come people cannot accept this reality. I am not in a hurry okay?

I wonder why people always ask about my love life. Don’t they have their own? I hate it when some people pity me because I am single. Sometimes, they even think that I am still not over someone. Oh please! What an annoying realization right? It makes me want to stab someone..

One time i was talking to someone on the phone. After our very long conversation, she immediately asked me if i am a romantically challenged person. What the hell right? Of course i said “Hell No!”

Come to think of it, I know when I am ready to date. I know when I am ready to have a boyfriend. I even know when I am ready to like someone. I am not depriving myself from liking someone okay?
